On behalf of the Mowgli daycare center, Lichtvormgevers has been requested to create a lighting design for a brand-new childcare location. By using as many sustainable and renewable materials as possible, along with playfully designed roofs and facade openings, Mowgli will have a welcoming and child-friendly appearance. This sense of friendliness is carried through to the interior with cheerful, colorful acoustic panels combined with high-quality lighting panels. Accent spotlights complement the overall lighting scheme, creating an engaging and dynamic visual experience. The panels are playfully suspended throughout the space, cleverly concealing part of the technical installations.
Additionally, Lichtvormgevers is designing the exterior illumination of the building. In the evening, protruding facade elements will be evenly lit, making Mowgli instantly recognizable after dark.
