Owner Hans van Dijk conceived a new interior design that made his shop into a "fashion experience". He turned to Lichtvormgevers to help amplifying this experience with light. The light concept was achieved by using taylor-made lighting in combination with proven technologies. This resulted in low operating costs. Lichtvormgevers realized the concept and directed the installment into a very successful project. Hans van Dijk won, with this fashion experience, the prestigious Dutch "Retail Jaarprijs".
In the fashion industry buying is emotion-driven. When people are attracted to a certain shop or shopping concept, they will be easier persuaded to buy. An optimal shopping experience is therefor the key to success.
